Synopsis: A STRENGTHENING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE PLAINS WILL MOVE THROUGH THE MID-MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WEDNESDAY. THIS LOW WILL PUSH A WEAK FRONT TOWARD THE COAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY. THE FRONT SHOULD STALL AS IT ENTERS THE COASTAL WATERS. ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM SHOULD THEN MOVE INTO THE PLAINS ON FRIDAY AND IMPACT THE COASTAL WATERS LATE IN THE UPCOMING WEEKEND.
