FLOW AROUND A BUILDING SURFACE HIGH OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC WILL ALLOW A LIGHT TO MODERATE EASTERLY FLOW TO DEVELOP OVER THE COASTAL WATERS BY THE END OF THE WEEK INTO THE WEEKEND. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL INCREASE ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE REGION.
